Service Description
Receive personalized feedback and suggested edits for your complaint or formal grievance from one of our experienced peer supporters. We focus on clarity, impact, and ensuring your voice is heard effectively in any formal process.
Cancellation Policy
Our Peer Supports are giving their time and resources around their paid employment, household and parenting commitments. We have peer support available a few hours/week, so please be flexible with preferred times and dates. At this stage, we have peer support available for a few hours on Mondays and Fridays. We will endeavour to respond in between these days via email, but our one-on-one sessions are limited until we build our capacity. Thank you for understanding.
